16-year-old Connor Wickham was the late hero on a day when Ipswich Town fans had very little else to cheer. Scunthorpe came to stifle and frustrate and the home side had very little answer in a below-par performance. But the Suffolk faithful still went home smiling with Ipswich now six points clear of the relegation zone.
